VINTAGE ENGLISH STERLING SILVER CREAM JUG & SUGAR BOWL, HALLMARKED BIRMINGHAM. A nice, antique, English Sterling Silver Sugar Bowl and Cream Jug made in Birmingham and dating from c1931/32. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark for Adie Brothers Limited of Frederick Street, Birmingham, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the anchor Birmingham town mark and date letter "G" for 1931/32.
The marks on the bowl are a little worn. A very nice bowl and jug in good condition, however there is and indent to the base rim of the bowl (see photo).
