Vintage English Sterling Silver Cream Jug & Sugar Bowl, Hallmarked Birmingham

VINTAGE ENGLISH STERLING SILVER CREAM JUG & SUGAR BOWL, HALLMARKED BIRMINGHAM. A nice, antique, English Sterling Silver Sugar Bowl and Cream Jug made in Birmingham and dating from c1931/32. It is hallmarked with the maker's mark for Adie Brothers Limited of Frederick Street, Birmingham, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the anchor Birmingham town mark and date letter "G" for 1931/32.

The marks on the bowl are a little worn. A very nice bowl and jug in good condition, however there is and indent to the base rim of the bowl (see photo). The jug measures approximately 90mm in height, the bowl measures 100mm in diameter. The total weight is 193.4g.
