Vintage English Sheraton Style Mahogany & Satinwood Oval Drinks Tray on Table (Circa 1980). This is a fine quality English mahogany & satinwood marquetry oval drinks tray on table, circa 1980, designed in the style of the Georgian Sheraton period, in excellent original condition. Item: Drinks Tray on Table. Galleried oval tray with brass handles.

Galleried oval table / stand. Cross-banded gallery, top and frieze. An oval galleried tray, decorated cross banding and satinwood inlay and marquetry to the base and galleried sides, featuring two decorative brass handles, sits on top of the table sand.

The mahogany galleried table top which is also decorated with the same detail as the tray top, also features a satinwood string inlaid frieze and stands on four tapering satinwood inlaid legs. Ideal for use in the living or dining room, as it is both multi-functional and decorative, either for use a drinks tray on side / lamp table etc. The tray on table has been cleaned and French polished in our workshops, there the colour and patination are of an excellent standard. It has a beautiful mellow patina, which has been generated by the years of cleaning and care it has received. This truly is a very beautiful item with quality construction. This item would certainly grace any home, so dont miss out on your chance to own such a lovely item.

This is an extremely useful piece of furniture and a great asset to have in any room, as it consumes so little space. The top is in fine condition, with no stains, scratches or watermarks.

There is no missing banding, inlay or marquetry work. Nominal old used marks to the leading edges, but nothing significant considering the age of them.

The tabletop and legs are free from any breaks. The tray on table has been cleaned and French polished in our workshops, therefore the colour and patination are of an excellent standard. The table is well constructed and is ready to use. Table Height (with tray on top) = 74.3cm or 29¼ or 2ft 5¼.
