An elegant set of four (4) antique Birmingham England silver open salt cellars with four (4) vintage complimentary sterling spoons. All salt cellars feature classic octagonal faceted shape with oval bowl centers.

1.5"h x 3"l x 2.5"w, the spoons 3.75"l. The set's total weight is approx. Overall, these pieces are in good antique and vintage condition, mainly displaying just general surface wear consistent with age, such as light surface scratches and spots of dark tarnish, with only a few slight dings to a few of the salt cellar's edges (but no major dents or distortions) - see pictures.

All of the salt cellars are marked with the Birmingham anchor and what appears to be a 1896 date mark. Additionally, one is marked with what appears to be a Cornelius Saunders & Francis Shepard hallmark and a Britannia. 958 silver mark, one a H. Matthews hallmark and sterling lion, and one just a sterling lion mark.
