Rudyard Kipling Collection Of 15 Antique and Vintage Books. One With Jacket

A collection of Rudyard Kipling books - antique and vintage hardbacks. One with its original dustjacket. Fifteen in all, published by Macmillan. Gilding to the top edges and decoration and lettering to the front and spine. There is mild warm-white tanning.

Marking ribbons are in situ in many of the books. Each title and a brief description of the book's condition follows: LETTERS OF TRAVEL: 1937 A vintage volume in very good condition.

Minor wear only - mild scuffing to cover only. Barely marked at all inside. FROM SEA TO SEA vol 1: 1926 An antique volume in excellent condition for its age. Spine is strong, the binding tight.

Gilded top, spine and front bright. THE NAULAHKA: 1940 Very minor wear- faint scuffs to cover, small dark mark to the rear (half cm). Spine and binding all good.

KIM:1924 Antique Illustrated volume with minor wear to the cover. Scuffing to the top edge of the spine affecting the I of KIM. Pencilled mark in the front. Pages clean and clearly printed.

SONGS FROM BOOKS: 1923 Minor wear only to this antique volume... Softening to either end of the spine and wear to the corners.

REWARDS AND FAIRIES: 1924 Very minor wear - softening to either end of the spine and corners. Spine and binding are strong. JUST SO STORIES: 1922 Minor wear to cover. Illustrated pages are clean and clearly printed. THE DAY'S WORK: 1942 Very minor wear to the cover. TRAFFICS AND DISCOVERIES: 1928 Minor shelf wear to cover. Spine and binding are tight. PUCK OF POOK'S HILL : 1925 Very little wear to the cover - small scuff to top edge (half cm), minor wear to either end of the spine and the corners. Mentioned for honesty, these are antique volumes in great condition for their age! The Illustrated pages are clean and clearly printed. MANY INVENTIONS : 1937 Minor scuffing to the cover.
