This is a very rare Tourbillion clock of excellent quality by Pro-Clocks, this clock has a rare rotating tourbillion escapement which gives a fantastic display look. They were a limited edition clock with only 200 ever made with this one being number 035. Beautiful brass slimline designed skeleton clock of great quality which sits inside its original wooden case.

Mahogany & ebonised framed display case which holds the fixed skeleton movement inside is in excellent condition with a beautiful polished finish. Case is in excellent original condition for age and looks stunning on display with a hinged glazed front door but only a fixed glass panel to the back which is totally original and just how it was made. The clock comes with its original box and certificate of authenticity which are both in excellent condition. White enamel porcelain chapter ring skeleton dial.

Roman numerals & original hands. Dial is in excellent original condition and looks fantastic.

Quality 8 day skeleton clock movement with passing strike feature and very rare rotating escapement. Strikes the bell once as it passes the hour.

The tourbillion escapement rotates around as it works away as you can see in the video. Comes with a winding key. Movement is in full working order keeping excellent time as you can see in the video above. The movement is signed by Pro-Clocks and has the edition number of 035. Proclocks had the mechanism plates made in china and excellent quality and wheels and escapement hand finished and polished in the pro clock workshops.

The clock has beautiful proportions and measures 10.5 inches high x 7.25 inches wide x 4.5 inches deep. ALL antique clocks after transport no matter how well they have been looked after or serviced may require setting up, adjustments and setting into beat when you receive them and i always recommend a professional or an experienced clock person to do this correctly for you. Most clocks will be ok and will not need any additional adjustments but please bear in mind this may not be the case. For your piece of mind we test all our clocks here before they are sent out and any issues are either sorted or described in the add, the clock will not have any problems unless stated in the add as they are tested vigorously before sending.
