PAIR OF VINTAGE ENGLISH STERLING SILVER TRAYS/DISHES, GOLDSMITHS & SILVERSMITHS. A very nice pair of vintage English sterling silver trays or dishes by the Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. They are hallmarked with the maker's mark for G&SCoLtd, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the London town mark and date letter "L" for 1946/47. Also stamped with the maker's name The Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ld.

They are made from a good heavy gauge of silver and are in very good condition. They measure approximately 82mm in diameter.
