Pair Antique Vintage Country House Faux Wooden Water jugs, English c1890

A beautiful pair of scumbled tole water jugs. A wonderful & very unusual pair of faux wooden water jugs of excellent form, formerly of a large country house in the West Midlands. The rivited tin is scumble painted to resemble oak on one & a lighter wood, possibly beech on the other, both with an excellent patina.
