Large VINTAGE BRASS STEAM WHISTLE English Factory antique ship farm train

My dad use to go to England he bring machinery for his friends over there and come back with stuff. This is one of the stuffs. He said it came from a factory and singled the people to work and all. I have never heard it. I did not see a makes mark or stamp. 24 inches tall and 3 1/2 wide. There are some small dings the largest on the top is barely noticeable. The whistle was made by "Smith Dennis" of Nottingham England. I think that it would have been made between 1946 / 1958. And HAVE with NO PROBLEMS! However I do not view "Best Offer" as an offer of 40 to 60 percent less then.. For things I have a bunch of (Gears, handles, other parts) I dont think it is fair to discount the price for one person and then not someone who just buys it. If you want a bunch of "gears" then sure we can talk but for one or two.

If it has gotten to bad I toss it like the 12 atlas tail stocks and the 3 milk crates of collets and all the other stuff. I can not do 30 or 60 days to be honest it doesn't make sense to me.
