Antique english jardinere cobalt with hand painted gilt and fanciful designs. I believe this to be of English origin, but you can look at the marks. It has a blue crossed mark and the design name and original card label.

No cracks, chips or hairlines. Has wear to gilt along the rim. The paint is bright and eye catching.
