Antique Vintage English Patchwork Quilt 200cm X 150cm
A lovely early 20th century English patchwork quilt measuring approximately 200cm long by 150cm wide. This quilt came from Yorkshire. It has been hand stitched in random block patterns and stuffed with wool and is very heavy and would certainly keep out the cold.
As you can see from the photos there is a different pattern each side. Good vintage condition with no immediately visible damages only minimal time related fading. There are few spots, not terribly noticeable, with all the patterns going on. It doesn't have a lot of wear or fraying and no serious holes. Its size means that it would be suitable for a single bed (ample) or a small double as shown in the photos.A very nice quilt for someone now the nights are drawing in and winter is on its way.
