Antique Majolica Minton OYSTER PLATE pink green seaweed Victorian vtg English

I got this recently from a local estate and I was told it was brought over to the US from France generations ago. The plate is about 9.25 in diameter.

It has some wear, crazing, and glaze imperfections. I see no chips or cracks.
