Antique English John Brooks Parallel Bench Vice Engineering. This has the Military issued Broad arrow as shown with chalk to make it stand out.

It's made by John Brooks and is the Peter Wright style. Im not sure how it works as it only opens and closes a little at the moment. May need a clean up and grease etc, but I have left as is.
